This spot is absolutely phenomenal! Not only will you receive custom, one-on-one service, but everyone takes their time; you’re not rushed into purchasing a set of frames you’re not fond of. I highly recommend this location — especially if you’re in search of top-of-the-line quality! Also: ask for Elisa; she’s incredible!!

Dr. Romain in the Farmingdale location is fabulous. Very thorough and walks you through all the procedures and results. Robin, the manager, is fabulous. She is very helpful and friendly. Elisa was awesome as well, she went through all my options and helped me pick out the best options for me. Valerie is great. I wanted my current frame again but it was not in this location. She tracked it down and I was able to order it!!! This made me sooo happy. Would recommend this location over any other!!

I came with a pair or old sunglasses that I had that broke and they fixed it not problem! Even though I didn’t purchase them there!! Very kind and helpful people! Definitely recommend!!!!
