I went in for my eye exam with Dr. Vivian, and she was so kind and attentive. She really took the time to ask questions and listen, which made me feel super comfortable. The staff at this location were all so helpful too. Even though it’s a busy location, everyone was patient and welcoming. Honestly, such a great experience from start to finish!

My experience with the West Nyack store in the Palisades Plaza was very positive. I called to reorder contacts using my insurance. The phone was answered promptly and Ingrid made placing the order very easy. She even suggested having the order shipped directly to my house, which made it even easier. Thank you, Ingrid!
This is my first visit here as I had to change doctors when I moved to the area. Everyone was very nice but my appointment was at 9am for a general exam. I was not even brought back for the initial exam until after 20mins. And didn’t see a doctor until almost 50 mins after my scheduled appointment. This experience is very frustrating & I will most likely look somewhere else for my next exam.
