The Associates and Doctor at this location were amazing. I got confused with the dates and arrived at my appointment one week earlier. The associate immediately asked me if I wanted to be seen that day, and offered me a virtual appointment since Doctor was not in person that day. I really appreciated since I drove thirty minutes to get to get there. The appointment went flawless. All the staff and Doctor were very pleasant, knowledgeable professional and polite. Excellent customer service.
I had a great visit with Dr. Blehl. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which helped calm my nerves. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The only downside was the wait time. My appointment was at 4:00, I arrived at 3:55, and wasn’t helped until a little after 4:05; and this was only after I asked someone for assistance.
