The dyer doctor who examined my daughter was great with her. Answered her questions in the manner she can both understand and appreciate. Not every healthcare provider who doesn’t have experience with treating children are good at it. It’s a different approach than handling adults. She nailed it. This eye doctor was very good with managing my daughter’s concerns and questions. I recommend
Small glasses selection. Overall unfriendly service. Everything takes awhile here - longer than necessary to check in. Long wait time past the appointment without apology (well over an hour). Long wait time between pre test and the actual appointment, even longer wait time for the provider to appear. Well my glasses broke in half Saturday night. Closed Sunday, and Monday due to water damage, I returned Tuesday and conveyed my situation. Reframed me into another pair after my current frame snapped and we learned it was being discontinued. This new pair is very close in style and will probably be more durable in the long run. I had Nike, and now we have Flexon. Everybody was pleasant and kind as always. My Wife and Son come here also and we are all very content to stay.
