I'm surprised at the positive reviews here (probably orchestrated). The customer service here was extremely condescending and unprofessional. When inquring about their services, they said "what?", made rude remarks, and cut the phone on us. Highly recommend putting your money elsewhere.
I went in inquiring about small pieces of foam for my project! Conrad was extremely nice and patient with me when I went into the store. He unexpectedly gave me the small foam pieces for free! Thank you so much Conrad! He had foam of all sizes and hardness, you can find everything there! Highly recommend!
We wanted to update two loveseats and with Conrad's custom cut foam work, we now have proper support. We were very happy with the service.
Called them and asked a simple question, and they were rude and unprofessional. Never go to them for work.
