Amazing property with an amazing team! Close to a lot of fun and local establishments.
If you own a car, don’t move here. Seriously. In the time I’ve lived here, my car’s been broken into twice. A month ago, I had $4000 worth of damage done to my car, not including the stuff they stole. Management has one “security guard” for both buildings. There are no security cameras anywhere in the parking garage, besides the entrar and exits. Speaking of which, the parking garage gates are always broken. Location is great. Property Managment is phenomenal. Pricilla the property manager has such great energy and is extremely helpful.
The Security Officer onsite takes his job very seriously. But the Security Company he works for is not a good company. They do not acknowledge good workers. Security Officer KF does his job very well. The amount of money he's getting paid is unreal and he's faced with dangerous people every night. With no protection.
