We had Davis Services come out for both repair service and to get quotes for a new A/C unit. During the repair process, it appears they temporary fixed our issue, but added another problem where we had to call them out a couple months later. There unit quotes, even with their member discount, is still over 2-3 grand more than other companies. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
We had a Lennox unit installed in July/August of 2017. Over this past weekend the heat stopped working. When I called Davis Services they said we had not purchased a maintenance plan so the warranty was not longer valid. We had never been offered a maintenance plan. I could not understand why you have to buy a maintenance plan on a brand new unit. They did send a service technician and he looked at the unit and told us it needed a part and that we would have to purchase a maintenance plan back to when we purchased the... read more
They sent out a guy that was here about 2 hours and he has no idea what will fix my downstairs heating unit. He collected $244 and left. A complete waste of time and money. My home is brand new from 2019. It can not be that big of a problem. I basically gave away $244 for nothing. I got nothing for my money. I don't believe anything I was told. I know BS when I hear it..Never ever again with these guys..
