I lived in a unit managed by David Properties on Mercer Island for two years, and from start to finish the process was a breeze and any issues that did come up with the unit were attended to by the always friendly and helpful Derek Balcom, who was the in-complex manager for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent!
