Beware, if you rent from them your “security deposit” should be seen more as a downpayment. We were warned by multiple tenants that they keep the majority and unfortunately that proved true. We were charged for things like a carbon monoxide detector that was never there (you may want to check for your own safety that they have installed one) and a water filter despite the fact that the fridge is not connected to water. Dustin Moran is an absolutely terrible manager. He has an atittude when asked to do simple things, like replacing an oven that broke (took three weeks to replace and then bought the wrong appliance that did not fit in the space). His communication skills are the worst i've ever seen, he does not know how to be professional. He asked for an incredible move-out fee ($3,000) for a place we took good care of, attempting to charge us for normal wear and tear for a place we lived in for 7 years. I lived in a unit managed by David Properties on Mercer Island for two years, and from start to finish the process was a breeze and any issues that did come up with the unit were attended to by the always friendly and helpful Derek Balcom, who was the in-complex manager for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent!
I been renting with Davis Property for a while now in Seattle. Anytime somethin broke, they got it fixed pretty quick. Move in was easy and people been nice. No real issues so far, so I’m happy.
This place truly feels like home. The neighborhood is calm and safe, and there’s such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is kind and respectful, and the staff are always ready to help with a smile. I’m really grateful to live in such a comfortable and caring environment.
