Disappointed, to say the least. When coming to give an estimate, the guys were an hour and a half late. That was on a Friday. They said someone would call me Monday to set up a time for them to do the repairs. I didn't hear anything until Thursday. We scheduled for 1pm the following Monday. I sat and waited and waited. Nobody ever showed up. I didn't even get a phone call. Needless to say, I'm moving on to a different company.

Corey did a great job fixing a badly leaking shower (had to replace the shower cartridge that was really old and very difficult to get out) and replacing a broken pop up assembly in a sink. Very pleased. I also like that they send you a text when the service tech is on the way. Definitely recommend.

We needed about everything moved around for a bathroom remodel. Jon came out and did a great job!! He is a super friendly guy and we will be hiring them again for another remodel very soon!
