Thank you!! Thank you for having Karine and Alex on a busy day. The time/day Rosita scheduled was ideal for our family. Kelly was so patient with Karine (2.5) who is sensitive to discomfort and seeking more control. Kelly broke down the cleaning steps for Karine, changed some things a little, showed Karine what the brush/water/vacuum work/what they do. Then Karine willingly let her brush, water and vacuum.
