It has been over two months since I moved out of my unit at the Mother's Cookies Lofts at 1148 E. 18th St., Oakland, CA 94606. Davis-Paul Management (specifically building manager Ronald Smith, and owner Michelle Davis) both said I would receive my deposit back.
