RecommendedI have been taking all my pets there for years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The vets there are awesome. Saved the life of two of my dogs. I would never take my pets anywhere else again Thanks for all you do

There are many choices of vets in the area, I am glad I chose El Centro many years ago . The vets are professional, knowledgeable, take time to educate and give you options for precautionary measures to keep your furkids healthy . The staff is friendly and accommodating to requests and needs when at all possible . HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Thank you for always taking great care of all my pets (family) over the years !
Terrible as far as I'm concerned 2 witnesses that say the same thing and were in the room when this clinic said our dog had parvo. My wifecalled me crying and not knowing what to do. For what ever caused the mistake weather it was miscommunication or what but they even talked about possible euthanasia on a dog that was parvo negative. I'm confused on how this could happen but an explanation that isn't bs would be nice.
Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Your family members deserve the best care and treatment... this is not it.
Tested my pup for parvo, she showed no signs of parvo the vet tech was rude said she has parvo. The test looked negative to me. they made me prepay for my visit (never been there before). The vet didn't even examine my pup or touch her or even look at the test. Just took the techs word for it. we took her home quarantined her and she still seemed perfectly fine. Took her to another vet clinic and they confirmed she does NOT have parvo. I feel like El Centro just wanted $$. it's sad to see practices like this not truly caring... read more
We came in as a walk in this evening because one of our pups had impaled his paw with a small stick while running in the backyard. We called to see if they could see us and the receptionist told us to come right in. When arriving we waited less than 10 minutes before the put us in an exam room. The doctor came in with the technician right away and borrowed him for maybe 5 minutes. Removed the stick and we were out of there. He’s now home sleeping like a baby! My dog was 8 years old, went in for a skin infection.... 3 days later he is DEAD!! I am SO unhappy with the care that he received here!! He didn’t deserve to die!! So for that reason- I CANNOT recommend this clinic!!!
