I really like the vets and staff at this clinic. Their prices are reasonable as well. I have brought several pets to them and they have always been treated great. Recently, I had a very sick cat who required extra care and they were so empathetic and helpful. They even helped me get a referral to a specialist. The only thing that I didn't like was that when my cat was on an IV and catheter, if he had to stay on it over the weekend, he would have had to been transferred to the After Hours Vet and I didn't like that he would h... read more

The staff and Doctors are absolutely wonderful. I brought my new puppy in for a wellness exam and his first set of shots. It was a relief to know that he didn't have any underlying problems. We will be bringing Sampson back in the many years to come.
We just recently moved to Killeen, and El Centro has treated our pets with amazing care! They took great care of our little Mace when he got neutered, and even stayed during their lunch hour whenever I showed up with my other dog for a emergency situation! The staff is friendly, they listen to your questions and concerns, and make sure your pet is healthy an happy!
El Centro Pet Medical Center has been excellent for both my personal pets and my foster pets. I discovered them when I adopted a kitten from the animal shelter and they were on the free spay voucher list. They treated my semi-feral kitten with professionalism and caring. They have been very helpful with my multitude of foster babies, offering options to fit my budget. If I ever become an official rescue...I will ask them to be my rescue veterinarian.
