Dr Davis performed a cervical excision on my sister when she was only 17 years old after a single abnormal pap smear. 15 years later, my sister has had 3 extremely complicated pregnancies due to an incompetent cervix because of Dr Davis' careless overuse of an unnecessary procedure. I strongly urge anyone with a cervix to stay far, far away from this person.
I have been a patient of Dr Davis's for 18 years. I have always appreciated her compassion and good care. She doesn't effuse, for which I'm glad. She focuses on taking good care of her patients. She gives patients the information they need for healthy living but ultimately many things are our choices as patients and she won't judge. She'll be the doctor for the physical body we each have.
There's no room for parental input; do not recommend having her care for your children. Stay FAR away.
Dr. Michalle Davis does not listen to her patients. Went in for a annual and according to my insurance, the annual was a wellness and there was no copay. Once my visit was done she padded me on the back and said, "there is no copay today, this was your annual. I few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail for 50.00 co-pay. When I called her office to speak with her billing rep, I was asked if the Dr addressed anything that was outside the annual exam.
Dr Davis is well educated but lacks sympathy and listening skills. She is extremely short tempered and acts like she walks on water. Recommendations: Find another provider.
It would be nice if she actually listened to what I have to say. She is quick to answer or ignore. I had sores on my leg that wouldn't heal and she wouldn't check my sugar level till I begged. Still have them. She is also quick to send you a specialist instead of trying at least help!
My experience with Dr. Davis was one of the worst I have ever experienced with a physician. I have experienced her volcanic temper and patronizing behavior firsthand, when I insisted upon understanding why a certain course of treatment was prescribed. Fortunately, I now have a different physician who takes the time to fully diagnose and explain medical treatments with a calm and professional demeanor.
My spouse and I were both patients. My spouse failed to pay his bill on time. Without giving me any warning, Dr. Davis discharged both of us as patients. Now I have to find a new PCP. Apparently, she cares more about money than my health. As reflected in the ratings below, I thought she provided decent service. My spouse did not concur, which is probably why he did not pay his bill on time!
I like Dr. Davis she has always been up front with me. When I've had problems that need a specialist she has always sent me to really good Drs. I trust her and she has always listen to me and given me good care.
