This is a review for the 3625 University Blvd S. Jacksonville Branch. If I could have given a zero, I most certainly would have!!! This hospital is a complete and utter joke!! It is in no way, shape, or form a hospital!!!! My brother was admitted from the ER on a Sunday afternoon at approx. 1pm by ambulance and the ambulance guys are the ones that got him settled in his bed. He is bad dr my leg never healed he told me was ok send me home just buy a bike and do exercise.After year and half another exelent dr diagnosed my leg never healed was still broken I was walking just with nails he put in my femur. I went through another surgery to fix damage He made. I will sue him. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

i went to the e.r.,had pain in my left leg and hip.......excellent care.....went back two days later for dark stool, was admitted...from wheelchair to bed was treated with the greatest care and respect... 2nd floor (211) staf 2/9-2-10 staff was right on.....over night staff was incredible....endo on 2-19 huge shout out....made me comfortable(even though I'm a little crazy after sleep med) huge thank you,,,,,,oakhill rocked !!!!!dr .Muhamed thank you
After having my hip surgery in bay county florida i had to have peacemaker coming to a HCA Florida west thanks too Ammoy,shannon miranda,Chloe and others on the 4th floor i always felt like welcomed. And felt like I was at home. Terrific staff personal imperfectional and care was excellent.Don't change a thing.
My experience at Bayonet Point Hospital was deeply troubling and, at times, unsafe. From arrival through post-surgery care, there were repeated failures in communication, attentiveness, and basic patient care. Upon arrival, the woman who checked me in told me to “just go to triage” and did not show me where to go. In the ER, after receiving medication about 10 minutes after arrival, the nurse never returned to my room. Yesterday 01/17/26, I have a bad experience with doctor Houri. Pamela K. I spent 2 hours, they did blood work twice, almost every parameter was out of range. I had a chest pain, and a headache. She appears after two hours, and she discharged me without any meds. When I was living the facility, I tried to speak with her, and she put the headphones, and star to see the computer, she ignored me. Do you want to be treated like this type of doctors?
