I had excellent service from start to finish! Jon Ruiz and his team were fantastic! They installed a new heater for me in one day when my old one died. Jon was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. The team was very clean and courteous. After the installation was completed, Jon showed me all the work that was done and explained to me the different components of the furnace which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Davis for home services!

I had Daniel from Davis heating and Air come out to check the operation of my heater. He listened carefully while I explained intermittent issues that I was having with it. He was very courteous and informative. I liked how he explained everything to me and also showed me pictures of the parts of my heater that are having the beginning signs of corrosion issues. Jon, and the entire install team were excellent with me. They knew what they were doing. They arrived on time. They were very professional and kind with me. Just a good group of competent people from start to finish. I absolutely adore, Harry - very gentle man, really knows how to eradicate concerns. Very fair pricing.

Another update. John Ruiz & his assistant did a fabulous job putting in my new furnace.Update: Today I had to use the Plumbing side & the tech Jim Delisi was also Super knowledgeable and friendly n courteous and VERY HONEST just as Ralph on the Heating side was. I plan on having them fix the required fixes because of my pipe that burst last week Absolutely fabulous.

We received service today from Davis Home Services to repair our heat furnace which shut down during the night. The response time was excellent and our technician, Dan Randolph, was professional and very pleasant to work with. He diagnosed the issues and clearly explained the work, pricing etc. He did a great job and our heat is up and running. We highly recommend Davis.
