Booked an appointment for maintenance 2 months ago. Received bi weekly reminders of the upcoming appointment. Starting at 7am day of appointment, recieved reminders and asked for confirmation. 10 minutes before appointment, I get a phone call telling me they weren't coming and I needed to reschedule. Complete lack of respect for customer. I should have read all the reviews about not showing up.
No complaints with the service but their service charge was super high. Had a capacitor go out on my heatpump. An easy service call and $25 part was going to be over $700. I complained and got a reduction but was still very expensive. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
