1/13/26Davis Heating and Cooling came to do the bi-annual cleaning and inspection of our HVAC system. He was here for approximately 10minutes when he asked me to come speak with him. He explained that our system had leaked and only had 2 lbs of refrigerant in it, showed me pictures of copper parts where he said the leak was coming from, saying the hard start capacitor, coil and contactor all needed to be replaced. He gave me a verbal quote for over $4,000 and recommended that the system be replaced asap, prices were going up... read more
Caleb is knowledgeable, well spoken, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand and made me aware of all options without making me feel pushed.
Davis was prompt. Actually too prompt and they waited for me to get home (just a few minutes). Caleb was very nice. Diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Very thorough, neat and conscientious. I'd welcome him back anytime.
