Daymon did a great job fixing the problem, it took 3 visits for it to actually get fixed. The first visit, installed the shower faucets. Second visit, tried to adjust the temperature so we could get hot water. Third visit, took faucets apart and then put them back together so we could actually get hot water. It would be nice if it could have all been done on the first visit.
The guys were prompt and professional. Everything worked accordingly. I highly recommend these guys for your electrical and plumbing concerns.
Caleb was punctual, introduced himself and asked what problems was I experiencing. Caleb informed me of what the problem could be, but he would need a chance to check out everything before he knew for certain. Caleb kept me informed the entire time and got the issue resolved. All of my questions were answered and he stated if there were any other problems or concerns to give the Davis Heating and Air a call. Thanks for your professionalism.
It seemed that I had to go through to many channels to get my issue resolved and then it still was put in your system for the wrong service so that took even longer for someone to correct that and to get my issue fixed. So there does seem to be some communication problems that need to be fixed.
