I tried calling early and got an answering service, they were bad about returning phone calls, and asked for landlord involvement when I was paying the bill. They send out mailers like they need business, but honestly Woolridge came immediately, and answered phone fast, and provided fast service, something these folks weren't prepared or equipped to provide without a lot of hand holding.
Davis Heating and Cooling deserves 10 stars! From the moment I contacted them through their website they were quick to respond and get me the help I needed. I declined the late night service call but the next morning I received a message from a very nice young lady.
