My wife and I recently completed a total Kitchen renovation where there were existing hardwoods. When the old cabinets were removed, we discovered that the hardwoods were not meeting up at the walls beneath the old cabinetry. The existing 24 year old flooring also had an old water stain in a certain area where we had a previous water leak beneath the old cabinetry which we were unaware of. Davis Flooring was the subcontractor for a house we had built and did our hardwood flooring. The finished product is unacceptable and not addressed. Our house was finished being built in June 2017. We noticed that our floor had possible dirt, dust, and fibers that were within the coating that was put on the floor. We have several small bumps all over the floors throughout the house (except the staircase to the upstairs). Some places are worse than others.
