This body shop need to be shut down permanently. I had body work done there and it is the worst body shop that I've ever seen they screwed up my headlight leaving a gap behind it and rain water can enter it and the body shop manager ******* told me that I would have to pay more money to have it straighten out even though that's what the body shop is for and supposedly specialize in and that's part of my invoice repair and they took my horn completely out of my car and didn't inform me about it no one that works there even bo... read more
They stole my carpeted floor mats! Vehicle was moved from service parking to customer parking after notifying service representative I intended to pick up vehicle. My mats were gone.
WORST body shop ever!!! They did substandard collision work. I never thought standards could be so bad. $6800 of work and panels don't align, front grill fell off two different times while driving, passenger door doesn't open from inside because they can't fix a simple problem. DO NOT use them for body work. Gave them 1 star because I can't give them negative stars.
Salesperson lacked ethics and was dishonest. Attempted to purchase car online from this dealership and contacted salesperson who ensured me that car was available and I just needed to complete credit application. I completed application and didnt receive a call back as promised by salesperson, so I called him the next day only to be told that the car was not actually at the dealership but was in enroute and he would contact me when it arrives in a few days.
