Avoid their rip off service dept. they changed my 88yo mother $1000’s in unnecessary work, kept the car for over 3 months and never fixed the thing we brought the car in for. Crooks and scam artists. $4000 plus later the tire is still flat.

Horrible experience with one of the shuttle drivers while taking my vehicle for a service. He was quite rude, and lacked customer service qualities. While I have had excellent experiences with the salesmen and purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, this was my first and only time visiting the service department.
We have now purchased three vehicles from Davis Gainesville Cadillac/Chevrolet. JOE DIETER - you are one great salesman having to put up with myself and Wilson Slade. But you always take care of us. From Sales to Service, everyone has always been GREAT! Thank you.
