Flowers always last and service is impeccable!
I ordered 3 arrangements for mothers day, 2 just alike and then 1 different. The 1 different 1 was great. The 2 just alike were the worst things i ever saw. Looked like my 5 year old granddaughter did them. Courtesy call would have been nice saying you didn't have the flowers i wanted. Called and complained and it seemed like the lady didn't care even after i text her a picture and she agreed it was bad. Will NEVER use them again. Not to mention i paid over $50.00 for ugly arrangements!!
I ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine whose grandson passed away. I paid $60.00 for this arrangement! To say I was dissatisfied with them is an understatement! I asked for sunflowers and bright colors. What I got were red carnations ( I absolutely hate carnations), some blue flowers and white ones. It was the ugliest thing I had ever seen! Talk about embarrassed. It looked like a $20.00 arrangement. I've always ordered flowers there but won't again!!
So I ordered my daughter a mum from here last week. To say I was greatly disappointed is a HUGE understatement. I have paid a lot less and got a whole lot nicer mum. On top of that they were extremely rude when I called them about it. No help at all. Needless to say I will not be giving them anymore of my business.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day and there was small issue. Davis Floral went over and above to correct the situation. Thank you Davis Floral.
Well I dont live in Brownwood but my mom works there. These guys are top notch. We had a small issue and they were all about making it right. Customer service is a 10!!! Will continue to use these guys!!
