The workers are horrible. 25$ an Hour for horrible service and can’t even use the equipment. Can’t take a 5 minute break in the lap lanes, even if some are empty. Can’t use a paddle board unless you’re in the lap lane. The pool is not that clean for the amount of money it costs and I’ve found poisonous centipedes in the water. Not to mention the short teenage boy that works there has very inappropriate conversations with the little girls he teaches. Would never take my kid here unsupervised.
This gym is not adequate for providing for kids with special needs. They do not accommodate and force parents to fight for their kids to be able to participate in the gym. They do not have training or compassion to help families with developmental disabilities. I would not recommend them as a community service and will be canceling our membership. Knoxville is failing our kids. Our kids, our families have no where to belong. Come on community. Step up.
Fantastic gym with excellent equipment and welcoming staff
Best place ever. Love the patrons and the staff. And that fabulous salt water pool!!!!
