I have used Davis & Davis for 2 different issues (humidifier and A/C) both technicians were timely, courteous and knowledgeable and professional. The issues were fixed quickly and reasonable price. I would use Davis & Davis again.

We noticed that our furnace was making loud noises one night, so we called D&D the next morning, expecting out usual serviceman Dennis. A new technician (new to us) came out about an hour and a half later and told us that our furnace motor needs to be replaced. Unfortunately he said that they didn't have the motor so they'd have to order it and it takes 2-3 days. Here's all you gotta know- the techs have been with D and D for years. The most indicative trait of any good outfit- employee selection and retention. I'm about a 10 yr. customer -service/maintenance contract, AC/furnace replacement, etc.

I had an appointment today, 07/24/14, that I had to cancel. I have no idea how the service would have been because the conversation with Mike the tech was not a very positive one. First off he was kind of unprofessional when he called and when he found out it was new development he got short with me. At that point he received the same attitude that he was giving. Called these guys and had them out for the first time because we had no air conditioning; turned out that the compressor was shot and really old. We had an estimator out a couple days later and then some workers installed a brand new air conditioner the following week.
