Davis and Davis responded very quickly to our problem with our old air conditioner. My family and I really appreciate it, and we will be recommending you all.
We had a man named Thomas service our A/C unit. He was very thorough and explained everything he recommended without trying to sell us something we donât need. Gave us a few options and we will be calling next spring to preventively check the refrigerant levels.
We are long-time customers, with service plan. A/C not working when we got up. Phoned at 6:30. Order taken at once (by JMB?). Dwight arrived before 11am, restored service by 11:30. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant, as we had experienced with him in the past. Thanks for terrific service to a couple of older people during a persistent period of hot weather.
