David in the service department needs to find a job where he doesn’t interact with other human beings. He’s extremely rude and defensive.
If you’re looking for a service advisor, I would strongly recommend Amanda Archer. I had an issue with my Wrangler after service, and Amanda was incredibly helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond to help rectify the issue. She was honest and realistic about expectations and did everything in her power to make sure the process went smoothly. Highly recommend.
