A bizarre, disorganized mess. I called on 9/1 to schedule service. The guy who answered (the owner) was super disorganized, couldn't take my call, asked me to call him back and leave him a voicemail to remind him to call me back (lol, what?). So I hang up, call back - voicemail is full. Then I shoot him a text with the job info and he never gets back to me. I call him back, today, (9/10! - TEN DAYS LATER) and he's again super disorganized, tells me to be patient and wait a few weeks because he's all alone with no help, blah ... read more

Dave was awesome! As first time homeowners (and fireplace owners) we had no idea how to take care of our fireplace. Dave arrived on time, quickly cleaned and inspected our fireplace and chimney, and took the time to walk us through the care for a fireplace. He even took the time to teach us how to build a proper fire! Plus, he is super friendly! I would highly recommend his services.
I called Davis Chimney because they are located close to where I live. Dave (the owner) was able to come the very next day. I had an issue with the damper because of leftover construction debris stuck in my chimney. He was very patient, broke through all the debris, fixed the damper, cleaned the chimney, inspected it. He did this within an hour and ensured he left the fire place and surroundings clean. He also ensured he walked me through on how to properly use the fireplace.
