Seamless move in experience. Staff is super helpful and responsive. Answered all my silly questions haha. Love how well kept the building is. Security and concierge 24/7 is very comforting when living in downtown
Maintenance person did a great job fixing our AC! Works great now.
Mark, Chad & Natalie are absolutely amazing, they take good care of the community & their residents! They have each made me feel so welcomed and added a positive experience for me being new to the Dallas area. The Concierge members are also great namely Harry who is so professional & kind! I’ve also had a positive experience with the maintenance team, I have no complaints!
Everyone here delivers stellar service. I love it here. Really feels like I live in a castle in the sky.
