Very disappointed in how they handle business here. I've called emailed and text for 8 days prior with no reply up until today saying the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold. I called asking to speak with management and was given a run around about management not being there today. Very disappointed but the Google review will be going up shortly.
Contacted dealer went seen jeep told them I wanted it they said they had to finish getting it ready then sold it that day
Recommendedgood price got a great truck ....i drove up from Norfolk to Richmond and it was worth it. The dealership in the 757 asking way to much and if the truck where a decently priced they have a lot of rust damage and other defects......i would recommend Davis auto sales to anyone look for a great truck for a GREAT price
first connect I was treated and spoke to like I didnt matter..had to make the company" you relive im here to buy a vehicle" to employee at your store..i was told to file an application for financing for a vehicle.. which during my application the vehicle was sold out from under me. wasting my time with application and affection my credit just to have vehicle sold to another..
The Davis staff has ALWAYS been super easy to work with. Multiple transactions over the years as both a customer and vendor and only one complaint, the parking is a little tight but that’s because there’s a crazy amount of inventory.
They responded back in a reasonable time.
Kind of disappointing that when I reach out to a local family owned dealership about a vehicle I saw on facebook, my only option is to speak through messenger with someone from Edmunds. Glad the other dealership that had a similar Jeep had a person AT the dealership respond to my inquiries and was able to answer my questions... Guess which one gets the sale...
