I walked into Davis Auto Group one afternoon hoping to look at some used vehicles. It was just before mid-afternoon; I don’t remember exactly what day, but I was ready—not in a fancy suit, just regular clothes. I expected someone to greet me, ask if I needed help, show me some options. But nothing. I wandered through the showroom for maybe 10-15 minutes. Terrible. Pathetic. I'd give it a 0 if given the option or a a secret shopper. Went in just before 2pm to see someone about a used vehicle. Check the video if you need. Guy walking aound in a safety jacket. I wandered around the showroom for about 15 minutes. Out of 7 people I counted that work there, nobody acknowledged me. Not even a hello, or di you need any assistance? . Sorry I wasn't wearing a suit to be recognized. I was tempted to take picture inside of the 3 guys at the desk at the large counter up front.
