The team of caring people from the check in to the discharge is completely amazing. Every time I go for a procedure I leave just in awe of how they get everything right with me. I just love how they work together so well. The most personal and compassionate and professional team around and I work at Duke Medical Center at North hospital so I am use to great teams.
We had a bad experience there on 10/18/17. My wife was scheduled for sinus surgery and the anesthesiologist had problems putting under and stopped the procedure. Today she's in more pain than I've ever seen her in and she's one tough lady. What really makes me angry is when he came out to explain what happen all he kept saying was how long he's been doing this and how good he is at his job and not once did he apologise for what happened. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Davis Ambulatory Surgery Center! From the moment I walked in...to the second I was wheeled out, my family and I were treated with kindness, respect professionalism, and cheerfulness. You can tell that this group loves their jobs AND each other. What a blessing they all were today! Thank you to Kathy, Debbie, Matt, Carla, Hilda, Dr Selene Parekh, and any others I may have encountered but don't remember (due to anesthesia)! You guys are THE BEST!
