I've lived here for a year, and half of that time I didn't have hot water because of Texas gas service, for literally no reason even after I sent them my ID, Lease agreement and more. I understand this is not a Davis ranch issue but beware cause it was a issue I had that was never resolved! Beware of building 13 parking. I've seen my fair share of bad parking and have parked bad myself however. These parking spaces are so small that they are probably barley legal.
