I have lived in Davies Ranch for 2 months now, and it’s been a great experience. From the start Delaney was very warm and friendly with getting me up to par on the community and scope for signing. The sign up process was very well explained and smooth. There were zero hiccups. Upon moving in, there were some things that needed some maintenance, Mardy and Delaney were super quick to resolve them.
