Davies Design Build is a great company! I have worked with them for years and it has always been a great experience.
Dishonest. That is the root of it. This company lacks management tools and staff that create a chaotic build. buyer beware!
This is not something I WANT to do, it is something I feel COMPELLED to do. When we began the build project, we already had finished plans, we were in the middle of wrapping up engineering and then applied for a permit. This was May 2018. They began foundation work in late June/early July. Our job, on our contract, was slated to be finished in late April, 2019. We had our master bathroom remodel done by Davies and it was a great experience. Our project manager (Terry) was always available and he was in contact with me the entire journey. Ed is also wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful with any/all questions including design. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a custom builder you cannot go wrong with Davies Design Build. They have been in business since 1971 so with all those years of experience in building homes they know how to interpret your ideas into your dream home. Plus, they are honest and stand behind their work! I have worked with them myself and have seen them do it!
