I really wish this could be a positive review because I’ve been a regular customer at Davie Nails for a while and have always had good experiences. I’ve recommended this place to friends, coworkers, and people at school. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. The last time I came was for my 21st birthday. I got a gel manicure even though I usually keep my natural nails long and healthy. Selina is great and kind!! I love how she did my nails and the dedication she put into it, even though I was the last client. 3/19/26 I have had good and okay experiences here. Today, it wasn’t good at all. After Peter did my mani, I left, and later today I felt pain in my thumbs again and again, but I wasn’t paying attention to it. So far, how is this a cuticle cleaner? He just chopped the whole thing, and I work with my hands, idk how I’m going to be able to work tomorrow with this pain. I'm scared of going back there!

I am very much an atmosphere Girlie so anywhere I go for my self care services must be welcoming, relaxing AND provide great service. With that being said, I’ve been coming here for almost 2yrs and have always had a great experience! Milenis always does an awesome job with my nails and Helen is excellent with my eyebrows! I have even gotten my husband to come a few times for a pedicure and that says a lot that as a guy he feels comfortable returning. Much Blessings to Davie Nails!
I debated about even making this, originally wasn't going to leave a review- and then I realized some of my nails aren't fully cured, there was a huge glob of nail polish on my finger when I left, and my cuticles are so raw that an everyday task at work caused them to bleed and hurt. I got this done TWO days ago! I came to the salon as a walk-in, first time customer- Simply out of curiosity and the need for a new set.
