Some of the nurses are amazing but some are not interested in doing their jobs or care about patients. There seems to be chronic issues of accountability and communication that need to be addressed.
Nice building plenty of parking and well kept
You would think that a hospital is where you go to seek professional help. Nope, this is where you would go if you wanted to make matters worse. The staff are incompetent, doctors cannot answer simple medical questions in which they wasted their 8 yr medical degrees on, the facility is a garbage dump, and their policies are even more trash than that. Atrium health has a serious problem with billing .. they need to find someone to do a good job there. They bill you tell you it’s the total amount after insurance then months later you get another thousand dollar bill from them.. this is after all our 6.000 in deductible.. this is not the first time we have had problems with billing.. we had the first bill put through across one to make payments on so then we had them later to put the other one on there do we could make monthly payments .. they told us our payment would not ... read more
I had bilateral knee surgery on March 11th 2026, the pre-op nurses were amazing, but the anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, and PACU nurses were all very rude and unprofessional, the anesthesiologist got annoyed because I asked her a question, so if you get Dr.Gangie as your anesthesiologist don’t ask any questions or expect much kindness, the nurse anesthetist was the same way as Dr.Gangie, I told her the mask was blowing air into my eye and she got irritated with me and pushed the mask onto my face harder to the point I ... read more
