I am an out of state investor and Davidson has been awesome to work with. Mary and her team helped us research, buy, and manage our two properties in CO Springs. We didn't even have to travel there as it was all done remotely. They are quick to answer my questions and they are quick to notify us of any issues with the properties. Rent is always paid on time and they are very good with all the little details. I highly recommend Davidson if you are interested in invest in real estate in the CO Springs area!

Don't rent from this company. Terrible customer service and unfair treatment at move out. If you're a home owner looking for a proprty management company....this company will not provide quility (or timely) repairs to the home. Avoid at all costs.

Davidson Property Management is an excellent group to work with. I have been doing business with then since 2006, Almost twenty years. I trust and value their judgement. I have multiple properties listed with them. Aside from handling the day to day issues with having rentals. They are also both my screening team and firewall.
