When I brought this to the attention of the team at Davidson, they doubled down having Trent Hill, the President of Davidson himself, state that they had a cleaning crew at the property before my move in and that they (Davidson) inspected the property. Be cautious when renting from Davidson Property Management if you want to avoid losing your deposit and excessive charges. I paid $3200 in deposit, left the house clean and in better condition than when I moved in, and still received outrageous fees. The charges are ridiculous, especially considering I was a responsible tenant who always paid rent on time. Don't expect fair treatment from this company. Excellent cats. I didnt give 5 cuz i gotta do all this online stuff, i prefer handing my $ to the landlord, but thats on me. Good people tho, Johnny got my back and i know that. I made it a 5, get these ratings up. and I must say, sure, I had my list of complaints like Ogirl who wrote the essay on here. it's like, "you got a roof over your head and there's no fiends lurking". okay! I know who said that dumb ish also. I can't stand this town anymore, so much entitlement. lordy
