Davidson Property Management is an excellent group to work with. I have been doing business with then since 2006, Almost twenty years. I trust and value their judgement. So let me start by saying I did not live in a property, my brother did. Sadly he passed With several months left in his lease. They did everything they could to help my mom (who co-signed) get thru it. They didn’t account for all of the things they could have charged her for and offered additional help when I took the time to go in and speak to them about the deposit and months remaining. They are fair.
We are Landlords of multiple properties with Davidson Property Management managing them. First, I want to say that property management is not an easy task because of the laws that give tenants more rights than the landlords.
