Excellent cats. I didnt give 5 cuz i gotta do all this online stuff, i prefer handing my $ to the landlord, but thats on me. Good people tho, Johnny got my back and i know that.
I strongly believe that the company needs to focus on improving the quality of their staff. My interaction with Trent Hill was particularly disappointing. His communication style was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. As a resident, it's frustrating to encounter someone who doesn't seem to value good customer service. I initially dismissed the negative reviews I read online, thinking they were just isolated incidents. But my experience with Trent has made me realize that there may be some truth to those complaints.... read more
12 long years indeed. What should be more of a concern is that you still consistently get horrible reviews.
We have had nothing but a positive and professional experience with Davidson Property Management. In the 15 months that we have lived in our rental we haven't had any maintenance emergencies. They sent filters every couple of months and sent out a tech to do the yearly check up of the furnace and water heaters etc. Anytime we had questions about anything Trent always got back to us in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you are choosing for your own rental property, or if you are renting one of theirs.
