We have rented through Davidson for 5 years. It’s a shame we have to move on. They took the upmost care of us the whole 5 years. Very responsive with any maintenance or questions we had. Property was well maintained, they were always prompt to answer calls and get anything sorted out. Shout out to the staff, very friendly, thanks John for always being a cool guy! Would recommend going through Davidson property to anyone looking to rent!
Davidson has been managing our properties for years, and have been a pleasure to work with. Not long ago, a long term tennant moved out, leaving the property a little rough around the edges, to say the least. Mary handled every aspect of a complete renovation and transformation of the home, from flooring and carpeting to paint and an entire bathroom remodel. I am an out of state investor and Davidson has been awesome to work with. Mary and her team helped us research, buy, and manage our two properties in CO Springs. We didn't even have to travel there as it was all done remotely. They are quick to answer my questions and they are quick to notify us of any issues with the properties. Rent is always paid on time and they are very good with all the little details. I highly recommend Davidson if you are interested in invest in real estate in the CO Springs area!

Don't rent from this company. Terrible customer service and unfair treatment at move out. If you're a home owner looking for a proprty management company....this company will not provide quility (or timely) repairs to the home. Avoid at all costs.
