So let me start by saying I did not live in a property, my brother did. Sadly he passed With several months left in his lease. They did everything they could to help my mom (who co-signed) get thru it. They didn’t account for all of the things they could have charged her for and offered additional help when I took the time to go in and speak to them about the deposit and months remaining. They are fair.
