THIS DEALSHIP IS THE WORSE DEALSHIP WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE BUYERS THEY SOLD ME A KNOW TRANSMISSION PROBLEM FOR THE MODEL YEAR 2013-2017 I PURCHASED MY NISSAN IN 2016. THERE WAS A KNOW PROBLEMS AND CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT FILED IN 2018 AND THAT NISSAN HAD TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY ON THOSE VEHICLES. WATERTOWN NISSAN DID NOT NOTIFY ME THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND NOW THAT WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. The salesman was a joke and not very helpful at all. The car was dirty inside, had a tire pressure light on, and was a crappy experience overall. I went to another dealership the next day and had a great experience!

Salesman was terrible. He didn't seem to want to help us find a vehicle. Told us to go to their website if we wanted to look at more than one vehicle. Took a quick test drive and left. Went up the road to another dealership and bought a new vehicle
Polite salesman Edward K. Honest dealing. Very shocking experience. Approved and back on the road in less than 2 hours. Recommend.
Did not get response to my initial internet inquiry. I sent an email of my displeasure and since that, they have bent over backwards to reach out. Including an email from the manager wanting to make up for that.
