Brett was the best!! best buying experience ever!
We had a great experience working with Brett Bowman to purchase our new vehicle. His customer service, great communication and no-pressure approach made the whole process quick and easy from the start. He worked quickly to identify our needs, locate the vehicle with all the features we wanted from another location and had it ready to go for us as soon as we were ready to pick it up!
I had an awesome experience working with Charlie Muscott. He was extremely kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point during the process. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail, and genuinely worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my decision.
Required to leave a $1,000 deposit to take a 2008, yes 2008, Tahoe to get looked at by my mechanic before purchasing. Sounds reasonable except it is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit if we decide not to buy. This can't be a policy of theirs...could it?
The best car buying experience we have ever had. I hate going in to the dealerships to buy a vehicle because of the stereotypical car salesman however not the case here. Truly a great experience. We will be a life long customer
