I brought my car in for a recall service. I was offered a courtesy wash, which I took. I got my vehicle back with water in the headlights which ive never experienced before, with a burnt out passenger side light. Then my driverside headlight burned out. So I brought it in to rectify the problem. They wouldn't take care of the issue they caused. Great experience
I can only speak for the parts department but as for the overall dealership it seemed very well kept everyone was friendly. But as for the service department the gentleman was very helpful and kind at the desk, I highly recommend getting parts directly from Chevrolet anymore aftermarket parts or not what they used to be I tried four new aftermarket alternators all of which failed until I got the Chevy branded one ACDelco and it was perfect no issues.
