First off I’d like to thank Mr. Gehardt for the great deal on our new vehicle. He got us breaks on extended warranty and financing. We very much like to thank our salesman Craig Hanson for putting the deal altogether. He was very understanding, patient and friendly. I have always regretted buy a car my whole life. Had a service appt on 8/9/25, scheduled more than 2 weeks ahead. I had so many issues with the appt that there's not room here to list them all. So on 8/11 I emailed the service manager with a list of all the issues. Waited a week and no response. So on 8/19 I initiated a chat through their website. Got a person and requested the GM's email address so I could escalate the issues to him. Was told that the agent didn't have that info but would pass on my request for contact to the management team.
