Dealer kept my vehicle for 5 days for a recall issue. Was never contacted about progress. Eventually I reached out only to find they haven’t even looked at it. Proceeded to take 2 more days. Reached out to the store Manager and even spoke with the Dealers Owner, who told me they would follow up after the service was completed which never happened. We spent 2 weeks working on a deal for a high-end vehicle. Once we came to an agreement, I was asked to make a deposit. I went to the dealership and was told the vehicle is not there because the owner's wife is using it. So a person with no investment in the vehicle is using it as their daily driver? You don't know where it is or how many thousand miles more than advertised are now on the vehicle, but you want me to put money down on it? Hard pass.
