I have leased a ton of cars in my life. This was by far THE best experience. Connor was amazing -honest, professional, and attentive. Brett (manager) got me a solid/fair offer on my trade-in and went over the top to secure impressive financing. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, supportive and most of all not pushy. I highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for a new Chevrolet. I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. Thanks for making a miserable day into a happy one.
The day after getting the oil changed the vehicle overheated because the cap to the coolant reservoir was missing. It was after 5pm. We had to buy anti-freeze and a reservoir cap and it took my husband two hours to drive home while the vehicle was blowing cold air and it was 30 degrees outside. The next day they acknowledged they made a mistake - they found the cap was off and had not been put back in place during the oil change. They flushed the system, washed and vacuumed the vehicle.
