My friend recently had a very negative experience when attempting to resolve an issue and pay for repairs at this dealership. They were unfortunately subjected to dishonesty and misleading information. I normally don't write reviews, after dealing with Sean Conway I felt like I needed because I guarantee if they've done to me they've don't to other and will continue to do it. In April of 2024 my engine blew on my Buick Lacross. I was new to the area and didn't realize a Buick dealership was even in the general area. I had warranty on my car that paid for the engine of course they said we needed other work we paid for the additional repairs. Bought a 2022 Trailblazer RS 4 years ago and always brought it to Davidson-Gerhardt for service. Love working with Michaela in service she always kept me up to date on my car's service, my husband love how well they took care of me and he brings his 2023 Colorado Trailboss to get service there. If you need you car keys reprogrammed I'd recommend any where else for starters ...my friend was lies to .....when trying to pay and get it.repaired else where he got the run around and was placed on hold for 45 mins ...I'd love to hear back from management with a reply I didn't include the more irataing. Super poor communication...and charged 200 for diag and I asked what the diag fee or what the conclusion was because there was nothing in writing saying what the problem or solution I don't have any problem paying for there... read more
