Terrible customer experience. I communicated with their sales staff on Thursday to verify that a car was available and was told it was. I let them know I was driving out there the following Friday to look at the car. On Friday I verified again the car was available and said I was on the way and would be there in an hour an a half. Drove 93 miles one way walked through the door at the exact time I said I would be there only to be informed they just sold the car over the internet. The purchase process for my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the buying experience.
