Great service, good selection.
If you like waiting, this is the place for you. Then after hours of waiting get ready for a price that makes no sense. 5k they told me to fix my car when I got it fixed for $600 at another dealership. Also workers there couldn’t care less about your car or your financial state they just want your money.
I was very satisfied with the service and customer service at Davidson Ford of Clay. When I was unable to get my car started they offered to tow my car free of charge and let me have a rental in the meantime. I loved how they had a link where you can monitor the progress of your vehicle.
Got me an appointment the next day and fixed my transit getting it back to me the same day. Great service
Our salesman, Jordan, was very nice and not pushy; however, the Certified Pre-owned title at Davidson Ford is a joke. 2022 vehicle: -The left rear muffler was dangling at time of delivery; I had to purchase a mounting bracket myself for $75. -Even after initially seeing the vehicle on their lot and pointing out how dirty it was, when I went back to take delivery of the vehicle, it had only undergone a simple wash.
