I had an issue with my car, they took it in within an hour, diagnosed and tested what the issue was. They originally estimated 2 weeks (due to parts) but was actually able to fix it sooner. It was still making noises, so they investigated further, fixed it, and I got my car back before the two weeks orig. time frame!!
Fair price, courteous and knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure to purchase extras such as extended warranty, rust proofing, etc. Davidson Ford continues to impress. Took my vehicle in for warranty repairs. They provided me with a rental vehicle free of charge and provided transportation to the rental company. Staff did a great job of keeping me informed of progress on my vehicle. Well done to the Service Manager, my Service Advisor and the Rental Coordinator.
Brandi and Kaleigh in service did an amazing job. I had a truck that needed some repairs done and they pulled through. Brandi was extremely transparent and explained everything that needed to be done. Because of this service department when it’s time to get my hands on a new truck I will buy from this location. Amazing service team this building has developed. I hope the owners know what kind of employees they have and treat them well because they are irreplaceable. Thank you again.
