Davidson ford parts department is a different superior level of helpful. Unfortunately my truck didn’t fit the criteria to be serviced here. So I had to go a different route. The parts guy helped me locate the parts I needed through a diagram over the phone, even though I had no business with them. Thank you very much Davidson, my next truck will be purchased here.
Five star visit! I had to wait with my vehicle for NYS inspection and Davidson Ford had convenient time slots available to fit our busy schedule. A service advisor met me when I arrived and my vehicle was promptly pulled in for service. The time wait was minimal and my service advisor kept me informed.
