Sales department was great getting me into two vehicles in four months. Service department was terrible and I ended up taking truck to a different dealer for repairs. Definitely won't be shopping there again.
I came in Friday to meet with Ed Perra who sold me my equinox from your dealership back in 2023. I want to start off by saying, he did fairly well getting me great deals on that equinox and i was pleased with that experience. My issue here isn’t what you guys offered me for my equinox, i knew there was going to be negative equity on it. My issue is how i was treated during my time at the dealership. I've been hear twice, left disappointed both time. First time trying to buy a new vehicle, low ball trade-in , actually laughable. 2nd time made an appointment for a recall fix , got out work early, adjusted my schedule only to be told upon arrival that they didn't have enough time to complete the work that day. Zero customer service, go to Romano Ford 10x better service.
Great customer service with Matt Rupp and his partner in training. Wonderful guys who made it so comfortable to be there. Great advice and happy personalities.
The service department at Davidson Ford is amazing. They communicate along the way, get you in quickly, and are always helpful. One of the absolute best auto service experiences I have ever been in.
