Our alternator quit working on our 2023 Chevy Traverse while traveling home from Watertown, NY about 4 hours from home. The earliest they could schedule service was 2 weeks out. Ended up having to rent a car one way to get home then drive back to get it. Thought a Chevy dealership could have done something to expedite service for someone broke down traveling home.
Larry was very attentive and helpful in our search for a new car. He made us feel welcomed immediately, answered all our questions, and was pleasant to get to know. When buying another vehicle I would definitely seek Larry out as my salesman.
The team did an amazing job getting me exactly what I wanted! Great service for military members. Shout out to Jake for being so available and flexible.
The salesman I had asked me if I was going to buy a new car. After he found out I wasn't interested in a new car, he actually left me sitting at his desk while he was showing another couple new cars. I got so upset i left and took my vehicle with me. I've never had a dealer make me feel like I'm not worthy of his business but he sure did. Sorry he wasn't gonna get a big commission from me.
