Davidsons use to be a great mechanic; however, whenever they changed ownership, it went downhill fast. They have messed up my car more than one time, and the most recent time I was there they made many sexist jokes about how women know nothing and expect things to be done quickly. I know personally, I will never be back. It's really sad that new ownership doesn't know how to hire people with good customer service skills
RecommendedI had a fuel leak and broke down on the service road this past Saturday. We were on the way to my son's first select football game in North Richland Hills. I called Davidson and they gave me the number for Cathey Towing to bring the Jeep into them. We made it to the game on time and were able to pick up the Jeep that same day! They are honest, fair priced, and local. Davidson Car Care is the only place I'll take my vehicles to. Thanks again guys!
