Davidson Car Care We have been using Davidson Car Care for the last few years and have always been impressed with their service. They even organized towing for us when we needed it last month. They are quick to get back to you with a quote. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a discount on their labor.
RIPPED OFF ON A HOT DAY Talk about a rip off...I got my bill and what I was charged was utterly ridiculous for what I needed done. I got home and called an auto parts shop and found I was charge triple the cost for the part and labor was out of this world, not to mention the other charges ....STAY AWAY from this place, I know I will.
ls Had a horrible experience at Davidson Car Care - after a routine oil change we noticed the car shook when driven. At first, I thought an alignment was needed. Upon further investigation, the tire has busted at the seams. When replacing the tire, I was informed the car tire was inflated to 81PSI - putting our lives in danger and ruining the tire. The manager denied any responsibility. However, no one else had touched the tire. As a consumer, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Gets the job done For those of us in Allen, it's nice to have a good place so close but I always get the feeling that they won't go that extra mile. I've never had a problem with hteir work, I guess it's just their customer service that needs work...

Good Honest people!! Very Honest people!!! They saved me several thousands of dollars, because another shop told me I had to have major engine repair, and Davidson's mechanics said it was only a minor repair and fixed it in no time at all. It's nice to see there's still a honest care repair place still around, and the best part is, these guys are not some shade tree mechanics, they really know what their doing. Thank you very much! I'll be back, and I'm going to have my kids bring their cars here too.
Diagnostic Testing & then some If you are interested in diagnostic testing without repair of the problem plus trouble with your car within the next 2-4 weeks of other problems you did not have, then this is definitely the place to go. I sincerely thought (how naiive) that the days when mechanics would tamper with other parts of your car were long gone but I was wrong. Run Away or You will Regret It Oh my! My story with them is long; I will be willing to give you more details if you need to. But all I can tell you is run away, as fast as you can, these people don't know what they are doing, and will not take responsibility for it. I filed a claim with the BBB a couple of months ago but they couldnât do much because they are not members. They did not care about the bad review either.
