There should be a no star i reported a plumbing issue after trying liquid plumber and to snake it myself. This was their reply. I received your work order and forwarded to ABC Plumbing. They will contact you directly for access. If it's a hair clog, or an object you will need to pay the plumber. There are small hand snakes at the hardware store that usually work if it's hair. Rented a condo in Napa from D&B for almost 6 years. Recently relocated to Sonoma to be closer to work, but would definitely rent with them again. Nancy and Stacy in the rental department were both polite and responsive to issues/maintenance requests.Their maintenance man, Tony, was always punctual and courteous (and did quality work). I only had one rent increase over 6 years! Not bad for living in Napa... Upon moving out, they refunded my entire security deposit without issue. I have never left a bad review like this before, but people should be warned...ZERO stars would be more appropriate for this unethical and morally corrupt company. I highly suggest that current or prior tenants review all paperwork if any eviction notice is served or just in general. If somebody is being evicted, seek assistance and don’t just take their word for it, as they have been known to lie. Their lawyer, Jason, should be disbarred immediately.
