Called on Friday morning and had a serviceman at my house Friday afternoon. Repair was done quickly and everything that he had to move was put back in place. Cost was very fair and repairman was polite and friendly. Hope I don't need to call any time soon but if I do I will definitely call them. Highly recommend.
Company was contacted on 1/3/2018 for service on my dishwasher. The problem was already known and which parts were needed. However, they insisted that a technician needed to come out first. On the day of the scheduled appointment 1/9/2018(which was their first available when I called on 1/3/2018), the technician called and said it was pointless for him to come out without the parts which he did not have. Technician refused to come check without necessary parts.
