Absolutely horrible ! MANAGED BY A LIAR ! Will lie straight to your face. But if you like 100s of stray cats then this is the place for you.
I've been here for almost a year now and I love it! It's very quiet and the staff is wonderful! Any time I have had a problem, they've fixed it right away! Very happy I found this place!
I currently moved here and Richard made it a breeze! I put in a service request for a leaky sink and maintenance was here the same day and they fixed it so well and so fast! Davidson is the best!
My husband and I lived at Davidson for 2 1/2 years. I would give the staff 5 stars! Mr. Darrell was always willing to help with maintenance and the office staff replied to any questions I had very promptly. The location is wonderful! You are right by the hospital, lots of restaurants, the mall, and the highway. The reason for one less star would be because the apartments themselves are not in pristine condition. They are clean and safe which matters most, but, there may be Spackle on the walls where a hole has been fixed and... read more
I love it here bend here three-years and the people here are great. They are helpful in your every day needs. From the management to the maintenance. Its a quiet place. Well taken care of. What can I say it an all round great place to live.
