A tire shop that doesn't patch up tires. I called in today to get some help, and the representative answered the phone as, "Hello" but not specifying the company name. I had to clarify with him that I was in fact calling the right company. I told him I ran over a nail, needed it removed and to have the hole patched up. He said they do not patch holes. A tire shop that doesn't patch up holes and doesn't answer their phone properly is one questionable business.
