David took $150 from me to simply place some sealant around my septic tank vent lines on the metal roof and to place a 1.25" pvc cap on a vent line that was no longer used. He sealed around two vent pipes but left to 'get a cap' and never came back. After numerous texts and excuses, I went ahead and placed the $3 cap on the unused vent to keep the water from pouring down the vent and ruining the new drywall. Do your self a favor and don't hire this guy he's a lier I paid him to come to do my roof and my siding after he finished the roof he told me he would come back to finish the siding once the contractor is done and I went ahead and paid him big mistake now month's later he tells me that he can't do the job because he's workers quite on him maybe because he didn't pay them So I asked him well I paid you for the job so what are we going to do about it he said that I didn't pay him and he hung up the phone tried calling him back... read more

Experienced, timely. When they left everything was cleaned up like they were never even here - except for the beautiful new roof!
