26 emails with details, a lot of time on client's end spent to get home insurance and David went MIA. I've followed up 8 times over a course of a month and he completely disappeared. Clearly the follow up processes are not there and, generally, wouldn't want to spend hours and hours filling out tedious forms for CalFair plan insurance to have someone stop responding.
Complete waste of time. If you feel like chasing someone to take your money, then perhaps they are the right company. If the sales process is this way - I can only imagine the disappointment when you have a claim and actually need help.
