David provided outstanding service from start to finish. He came out the same day I called and got our furnace back up and running before the forecasted cold weather arrives. Throughout the visit, he clearly explained the troubleshooting process, what he found, the overall condition of the unit, and exactly what needed to be repaired. Our HVAC system wouldn't turn on and David had it diagnosed quickly. He found a failing blower motor capacitor, cleaned the outdoor coil that was caked with debris, and did a full furnace and AC tune-up while he was here. He also spelled out exactly what to do going forward (filter type, change schedule, thermostat settings) so we're not calling him back for the same issue. Detailed invoice notes, fair price. Highly recommend.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. We called many HVAC companies. His quote was the most affordable from all the different HVAC companies I called. He fixed the issue, cleaned out the system and refilled the refrigerant. AC is finally working again.

Not only did David come on a Sunday night, but he was incredibly thorough, detailed and truly cared about what he was doing. He took the time to educate me on how to take care of everything and make my furnace last longer and run more efficiently. Even though he was only called for one job, he saved me time and money by fixing other things unrelated to the job. It's hard to find this kind of work ethic anymore. Definitely call David Roberts the next time you need work done.
