We purchased a hottub from David's Home Entertainment at an Expo they were hosting. The customer service we have received has been excellent and we couldn't ask for a better quality hottub. They are very helpful and also ship our chemicals directly to us. Thank you so much David’s Home Entertainment for bringing some much needed relaxation into our lives!!
Horrible company to deal with!!! They do not honor their service warranties and we had to go to court to resolve our issues on a recent spa purchase. Buyer beware!!!
Wanted to give David a big thumbs up for his service! I've purchased several TV's from him and found him and his staff to be extremely knowledgeable. Customer service is first rate.
I did like until the 30 days were up, then you call them over, over, & over and they won't return our calls. They have bad service. They weren't exactly straight forward with us about the up keep and now the temperature keeps dropping. Someone needs to call us now.
