Purchased out Hot tub from them 2018 product is fine but after the sale is horrible. Michael promised to replace the 2 pillows that were bad and even wrote it on the sales contract. Never received them. The controller just went out last week and when I called today and spoke with Rosemary to order a new controller for the tub, was treated very badly and will have to order from a different Company. Definitely do not buy a metal carport in Western NC! We don't understand why these are even sold in this area. Ours collapsed on to our motorhome during the last snowstorm. When we contacted David's, we were told we were the 10th buyer to complain about a collapse.Total waste!
