The service was fast with a very reasonable price! We blew a semi trailer tire and they took care of us without the overhaul prices that happens when you are on the road! Very much appreciate good people!!
Customer service could definitely use an improvement. I can’t even rate on the service because we never got to that point. My dad had made an appointment online or so he thought, arrives to the shop to check in and the way he was just dismissed and not even helped is absurd. It wasn’t even busy and they just kept telling him no you don’t have an appointment, we can’t help you, etc but they gladly helped the next person. Just curious if you treat all customers the same or only the brown ones differently.
I try to be fair when I leave reviews. Or at least I think I do. I called this shop to ask about getting 37’s put on my truck. The guy on the phone said they could absolutely fit me in and that they weren’t too covered up. Mind you I gave them an hour head start to bring in the tires from their local warehouse. I arrived at 3 PM and the gentleman pictured said he was who I talked to and the tires weren’t there yet and there were others in front of me and it would take about an hour to pull my truck in.
